Please check that the Dice Manipulation Settings are switched off.

 

Go to Settings…Options…Dice and ensure that Dice Manipulation is not selected.

 

Choose to use Manual Dice or one of several random number generators. The Mersenne Twister is used by default, and is trusted by most, including many world-class backgammon players.

 

Alternatively, you may have simply experienced a bad run of rolls.
