These two constants were changed to use hypens only in December 2016
(2.0 development).

This testprogram found in contributions at
https://svn.code.sf.net/p/open-cobol/contrib/trunk/samples/accept-keys/ask.cob
was actually changed 7 days ago to use the "new" constant names.
