Thanks for the report, but we had this one here before more than once. Please see https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnucobol/2021-05/msg00005.html for the details. In short: * you may don't want to use a Cygwin build, there are alternatives * false-positive; you can still use it Patches to fix the false-positive are welcomed (we won't skip those tests that are also noted as false positives in the NEWS file).
