[Bug-gnulib] requirements of 'malloc' module

A few months ago, we agreed to rename this glibc-compatibility variant of
malloc into 'zmalloc'. Noone has implemented it so far. Seems we should do
so with higher priority. (Btw, now that we have xzalloc in xalloc.h where
"z" means something different, it's time to think about a new name. Any
proposals?)
