a) If the "Description" gets longer than a line, the MODULES.html becomes

Note for the maintainer: This module's defaults are suitable for
unithreaded applications; packages with multithreaded applications should
also invoke @code{AC_DEFINE([USE_UNLOCKED_IO], 0)}.
