reindent lib/getaddrinfo.h

From: Derek R. Price
Subject: reindent lib/getaddrinfo.h
Date: Wed, 19 Jul 2006 11:50:41 -0400
User-agent: Thunderbird 1.5.0.4 (Windows/20060516)

I'd like to commit this whitespace only patch on top of my last
getaddrinfo.h patch. The preprocessor directive indentation was
extremely inconsistent, sometimes within the same #if ... #endif sequence.

2006-07-19  Derek R. Price  <address@hidden>

        * lib/getaddrinfo.h: Reindent & repaginate.

Cheers,

Derek
