Remember the context:
Anyone using developer tools like autoconf, automake, cvs, gperf, etc.,
is very likely also to have rsync installed.
Which reminds me. I'm adding it to the list in README-hacking:
- Automake <http://www.gnu.org/software/automake/>
- Autoconf <http://www.gnu.org/software/autoconf/>
- Bison <http://www.gnu.org/software/bison/>
- Gettext <http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/>
- Gperf <http://www.gnu.org/software/gperf/>
- Gzip <http://www.gnu.org/software/gzip/>
- Perl <http://www.cpan.org/>
- Tar <http://www.gnu.org/software/tar/>
- Wget <http://www.gnu.org/software/wget/>
