In your opinion, do any those uses in gnulib
sound better without the "of"?
For short pronouncements, "of" doesn't flow quite as nicely:
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_Odyssey_Two>.
FWIW, same goes for Italian:
<https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010:_Odissea_due_(romanzo)>
("tutti questi" == "all these").
