I have two python
:
angle-n@DESKTOP-5HNPO12 UCRT64 /e/workspace/github.com/gnu/gnulib
$ where python
E:\software\msys2\ucrt64\bin\python.exe
E:\software\msys2\usr\bin\python.exe
Although I uninstalled E:\software\msys2\ucrt64\bin\python.exe
, I still can not run.
What crucial component do you say? Paul.

My guess is that you don't have Python installed, or it's installed but
is missing some crucial component. If you have some expertise in MinGW
- or learn it better, which would be a good idea if you really want to
use gnulib-tool under MinGW - it would help if you could see exactly
what went wrong.
Perhaps gnulib-tool should have better behavior in this situation,
though as I don't use MinGW I can't advise how to modify gnulib-tool to
do that.
