Try upgrading to 0.98.3 . Some iPod firmwares are very sensitive
to long filenames.
0.98.3 creates short-enough filenames for all (current) firmware
revisions.
(OR you could simply adjust MAX_PATHLENGTH insode XMLHelper.pm to:
use constant MAX_PATHLENGTH => 49;
