[Bug-gnupod] gnupod man pages have bogus sections

Hi,

Most of the gnupod man pages seem to list bogus sections in their .TH
lines (most claim to be in sections or 23 or 27). The .TH line should
presumably list section 1, since the man pages are all located in that
section.

In addition, if the man pages were distributed unzipped, and then
gzipped by the installer, instead of being distributed as .1.gz's, it
would make it easier to submit a patch for this sort of documentation
bug.
