Thanks Adrian. I reloaded all of my songs and it seems to be happy. 

Now for my other problem. My video PodCast still has issues. When I do
the gnupod_INIT.pl the GNUtunesDB.xml for the 2 podcasts show up as
the following. From that point, I can't run any of the gnupod commands
because of the malformed XML. Notice the '=""' right after the 'file'
keyword. When I remove the '=""' entries on both statements, the
commands will work but the video podcasts show up in the Songs list on
the iPod. I'm guessing that the GNUtunesDB generator has a bug of some
kind that's generating the bad XML and the missing XML element is
what's causing the iPod to think this is a song rather than a video
podcast.
