Two weeks is OK for me.  It will take me that long to get it in the
schedule anyway.

Can we set the book's various files up as it's own download in the GNU
Press Savanah site?  That small bit of initial work would allow people
to make direct changes to the Texinfo files, without creating extra
work for you down the line.
