How is memory consumption?

Hi.

I just downloaded ICeCat 2.0.0.13 and I'm running it right now in
gNewSense 2.0. It seems to be an excellent option to Firefox, but one
question occupies my mind: is IceCat as memory unfriendly as Firefox?
Back in the days I used Firefox, either in GNU/Linux or Windows, the
2.x versions had an incredible appetite for RAM; sometimes they would
use 350+MB of my precious RAM. So I ask: How is IceCat's memory
consumption?
