Unable to compile Icecat with a locale

Hi.

I downloaded Icecat 3.0.2 and I'm trying to compile it in gNewSense with the 
pt-PT locale. I already have all the language related stuff set up from Icecat 
3.0.1.

After hitting make, Icecat begins the compile process, but fails with this 
error:
