To have an automatic build, the language files, or at least a patch for them,
should be uploaded before Icecat's release - not mandatory, but preferable.
But will the community be able to provide translation updates in due time?
I actually have a patch for the pt-PT locale. I haven't tested yet, but it
should ease the creation of the xpi language file.
