"The Initial Developer of the Original Code is arai.
Portions created by the Initial Developer are Copyright (C) 2007
the Initial Developer. All Rights Reserved."
Do they have to remove the all rights reserved text for it to be free
software? If it is free software I will be very happy.
"All Rights Reserved" is essentially meaningless these days.
It's not its presence that is problematic, but rather the absence of
anything saying the Initial Developer releases his work under a free license.
Can you write "arai" and ask for clarification?
