I've sent an email to Devon Jensen asking if all the parts of the plugin is trilicensed under MPL 1.1/GPL 2.0/LGPL 2.1 .

I recieved a reply from Devon Jensen:
"Yes

All of Download Statusbar is under the MPL 1.1/GPL 2.0/LGPL 2.1 trilicense"
