I think it's a great idea. The script should simplify the localization process 
for everybody.

I had already modified a local version of the script to accept the locale as 
an argument, because I had also written a (Python) script that does pretty 
much the same thing that download.sh does. I hadn't uploaded it because I had 
to leave, but I put your version in my server just now.
