Debian package for IceCat

Hi all,

I'm a Debian and GNU IceCat user, but for installing the browser I
always download and compile the sources. Is there any Debian package
for GNU IceCat?

If the answer is negative, I want to build this package and try to
upload it to Debian repositories. Any inconvenience?
