For some reason icecat-12.0 will not configure or install on ubuntu
natty as user.
I have to do it using sudo (ie root), when 'install' fails with

warning: missing initializer

The upside is that I still have icecat-10.0 running reliably with
minimal extensions.
Any suggestions, icecatters ?
Adam.
