[Bug-gnuzilla] GNU Icecat 13.0.1 xml parsing error

[al3xu5 / dotcommon]

I have complied GNU Icecat 13.0.1 on a Debian stable i386 system.
Sync was disabled (MOZ_SERVICES_SYNC= in browser/confvars.sh).
But Icecat do non start... just a window with this error message:

XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: chrome://browser/content/browser.xul

What was wrong?
