[Bug-gnuzilla] Icecat without built-in CAs

Hi,


I'm really really sorry to ask again, I've asked this a while back and 
have searched a few times and I don't think I've ever resolved the 
following question:

Is it possible to compile and Icecat without any of the built-in CAs ?


If there's a link out there on the subject that I may have not seen, 
I'll take it.
