That is the website for the YaCy software, however, that site does not
have a search. YaCy is peer-to-peer, and YaCy/bluebox is a public
YaCy peer that we can use, as otherwise users would have to run the
YaCy software on their own computer (which is good, but beyond the
scope of IceCat).
However, I did mess up the URL for YaCy/bluebox; it is running on port
8000: <http://yacy.dyndns.org:8000/>
