[Bug-gnuzilla] feature request: disable torch thingy

Hi! I would love to start using the LibreJS extension, specifically to
complain in writing :) But the sliding torch thingy is too annoying.
Is it possible to move it out of the webpage area? Ideally, this info
should be available in a toolbar button pop-up. An option to switch
between the two modes would be great.

Please, let me know if you like this idea. I am a total newbie when it
comes to JS and mozilla plugins, but I'd like to try and write a patch :)
