Is this jpegsrc or libjpeg-turbo? It has been about 9 months that FF
build is know to fail with former, needs the latter. Problem is that
jpegsrc (only version 8, not earlier versions) needs to be removed,
*before* installing libjpeg-turbo. This one needs to be configured with
"--with-jpeg8" switch.
