[Bug-gnuzilla] GNUzilla 24 for Ubuntu

Hello,

There is a Launchpad repository for some G.Icecat versions, maintained
by Marco Simonelli:
https://launchpad.net/~gnuzilla-team
There are Icecat versions until 17.0.1

Here the situation is the same (and I don't see dists Squeeze or Wheezy):
http://gnuzilla.gnu.org/download/debian/

I suppose the last source code is here:
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnuzilla/24/

As I wish to have available binaries to install in Ubuntu v13.10 and
v14.04 , a good help for me and others could be the steps to build
G.Icecat packages of any version and upload to repositories.
