Is it possible to transfer a firefox profile to a icecat one?

i.e. passwords and extensions.

When I do firefox sync, it won't work, and I tried merging the profile
folders and that didn't work as per
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Backing+up+your+information.

I would appreciate the advice

Thanks

Kai
