[Bug-gnuzilla] Urgent: icecat-38.5.2.en-US.win32.zip: Set gfx.direct2d.disabled to true

For https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/icecat/38.5.2/icecat-38.5.2.en-US.win32.zip, 
I had to follow the advice from JC to circumvent the boot crash bug:

"I know gfx.direct2d.disabled was still set to false by default on the trisquel
jenkins release of IceCat 38.4.0 for Windows, causing it to crash on new
installations."

Usual fix:
Command Prompt
cd \place\icecat\is\extracted\
icecat --safe-mode
type about:config into address bar
search for gfx.direct2d.disabled
set to true


Can you please set gfx.direct2d.disabled to true Ruben?
