Smart HTTPS: "Automatically changes HTTP addresses to the secure HTTPS, and if loading encounters error, reverts it back to HTTP."

HTTPS do not have fallback mode which make some sites unusable. For example, HTTPS cannot be used with Aliexpress (https://github.com/EFForg/https-everywhere/issues/4786) who hold Alexa global rank 55. Smart HTTPS can be used with Aliexpress.

Can you (Rubén) please consider to replace HTTPS Everywhere with Smart HTTPS?
