bug#62745: Color only capture group

I only want the c colored when doing:
$ echo abcedc|grep --color 'b\(c\)'
I read (info "(grep) Environment Variables")
but it apparently doesn't have much to do with what I want.
Therefore I hereby propose it as a new feature.
grep (GNU grep) 3.8
