Thanks for your response on config.guess issue.

I guess you missed the second part of my mail. For your reference I am
putting the second question of my mail below :

groff package also need to have a libtool that has ppc64le support in
order to be able to build on ppc64le machine.
Latest available libtool does not have a support for ppc64le but we
managed to get the alpha source released of libtool that has the ppc64le
support.
Would it be possible for you to spin up a newer version of "groff" which
would support ppc64le? by using alpha libtool release?

You can pick up the libtool alpha source release from either of the
