Details:

The attached patch does some cleanup of doc/groff.texi.  It's a patch against
the latest (as of this writing, commit ea0dfae6) version of the file.

These are numerous changes, but they're all cosmetic: spelling, grammar,
phraseology (including about 50 instances of my namesake edit
<http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?57618#comment8>), etc.  All of these are things
that would get fixed eventually as Branden works his inexorable way through
the Texinfo document, but may as well do this minor cleanup before the
release.

These edits don't change the meaning of the text.  The one exception is that I
removed the phrase "For the sake of old phototypesetters," assuming that no
users in 2020 are dealing with these.
