Follow-up Comment #3, bug #62830 (project groff):
I have updated my patch (cjk-ps-html_20220902.patch).
I followed up the latest repository.
I added CJK support for html, dvi, tty(utf8).
I added CJK font settings for html, dvi, tty(utf8).
In post-grohtml, I added option "-U" to enable output in charset="UTF-8".
I do not need to patch on grodvi for dvi output and patch on grotty for
tty(utf8) output.
More test results are shown at https://github.com/t-tk/groff-CJK-font.
