The problem is with groff itself, not mom, so I can't be of further help.  The
same issue came up just a few days ago and the groff developers are aware of
it.  From discussions on the list, it won't be addressed until after the next
groff release.

If you don't need a pdf outline, you can safely ignore the warnings.
