Follow-up Comment #28:

Putting in "Need info" state since a decision is required; Deri and I have
different opinions; he leans in a DWIM direction, and I lean toward strict
validation and rejection, but acknowledge that the latter is best accompanied
by equipping the user with tools to avoid problems in the first place; see bug
#62264.
