Sorry,
        have you seen, that I sent you a patch for
the eerpo100.c file (and other parts of GRUB like
netboot/pci.h and netboot/config.c) ????

This patch includes the points many GRUB users wish
to support (1) i82559ER and
           (2) new 82559 derivates, as there were problems 
                accessing the EEPROM.

If you lost the patch, I will resent it !!
