There currently is no such feature. One could improve the option
savedefault to implement this feature. What needs to be done is to
make the savedefault command accessible for the grub shell. This is a
bit tricky though, due to the way this command works.
Then grub shell could set the default to a one-time boot windows
entry, that sets the default back to linux when it is booted.

PS: Don't experiment with savedefault in grub-0.5.96.1, because it has
a known bug that can overwrite an arbitrary part of your disk. This
warning doesn't apply if you don't use stage1.5.
