Boot DOS from file

I would like to use grub for booting Linux,  WindowsNT and DOS6.22. I have partitions for  WindowsNT and Linux. I would like to boot DOS  from image file (it was created by rawrite from  diskette)and with commands chainloader, boot. It  doesn't work. I don't know, how to create correct  image boot file from boot diskette.
Could you advise me? At least a source of  information.
