Any one who can help,
I have a compaq Presario 1925 laptop with disk1=6GB, which is already occupied by Windows[98 and 2000 dual booting. I have an external maxtor 80 GB harddisk attached to IEEE1394[firewire port] connected via a PCMCIA  card. I can see the contents of this drive from Win2000 system.
I have a Win2000 partition inside this external drive and I want to create another partition with Linux installation in it.
My question is how do I boot these two partitions using grub?
Can grub access these bootable partitions in second stage?
Do I need any special drivers for being able to access this external disk via grub?
Help by return email to the address below - appreciated.
Thanks
