Original Submission:  The Multiboot Specification 0.7 is far from complete.
Here is a list of what must be done:

* Rewrite some parts using more strict words for clarity.
* Rewrite some parts using tables for clarity.
* Revive the history.
* Reconsider the BIOS drive mapping support.
* Reconsider the VBE support.
* Ask people to proofread it. Perhaps it would be better
  to send a draft to those who work on GNU/Hurd, L4,
  AtheOS, OSKit or some others.
