LinuxBootable Floppy Asks for init Parameters? |

Messages which occured while booting from Floppy disk.
#mount: error 19 mounting ext3
#Pivot root: pivot_root(/sysroot, /sysroot/initrd)
failed:2
#Kernel panic: No init found. Try passing init=option
to kernel
Actual configuration:
HP Laptop with 18GB HDD with Windows ME, and a
external portable USB HDD on which Linux is right now
installed.
To Boot on to my Linux System I have created a
Bootable floppy disk (1.44). But the above error
occurs when I try to boot it.
While installing Linux took the external drive as
/dev/sda2. Plus the filesystem seems to be ext3 not
ext2.
If somebody can help me know what init parameters need
to passed I would be thankful.
Regards,
Yogesh
