Hi!
Currently there is no GRUB floppy image at
<ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/grub/>.
Actually, the directory does not even exist, but there is some
documentation referring to it (like the Hurd Installation Guide). Any
chance to get the floppy image back?
