Unable to boot Win2K After installing grub

Hello,

I use RH Linux 8.0 (although the problem started with RH Linux 7.3).

I used to work with LILO but then I have decided to switch and installed
grub using grub-install on /dev/hda. Since then I am unable to boot
windows 2000, which reside on the first HD. I get a message: "Error 25:
Disk read error".

I have tried to install windows 2000 again, then re-install grub but the
error comes back.

Any suggestions?
