There was a patch from Matt Zimmerman to update the drivers, but his
patch wasn't applied, because it was incomplete (I don't remember the
reason very well).

It is mostly trivial to update the drivers (if the major version of
etherboot doesn't change), so I hope you or someone will send a patch
which can be applied to 0.93.
