vesa bios graphics support for grub

hi

ive written some code that allows grub to load
high res (currently anything above 640x480 provided 
ur card supports it) xpm images as splash screens
using vesa bios extensions.
im also using soft fonts (can be changed during compile)
bit depths above 15 bpp are supported.

the code is buggy and needs some work.
Are people( especially the maintainers) really
interested in having these features
if yes then please let me know so i can continue
development
