clean target not removing config.{log,status}

Hi!

I noticed the clean target is not removing config.{log,status}. This
may cause problems for packagers. In Debian it may break grub for
autobuilders since it these files are merged in the package diff.gz.

Please anyone with a better idea on autotools stuff than me could fix
GRUB makefiles to remove config.{log,status}?
