Actually, I sent GRUB distributions to someone in the FSF (I forgot who was it)
by e-mail, because he/she asked me to do so. However, he/she decided not to put
the binary distributions. I don't know why at all. There was no explanation to
me.
As my account has not been reactivated yet, there is nothing I can do at the
moment. All I can do is ask FSF admins.
If you are interested in putting binary distributions on alpha.gnu.org, it is
better to ask FSF admins than me. As they are always too slow, I'm getting
really tired with talking to them.
