I usually like to read bug tracker when dealing with bugs. Mainly because
I don't allways have time to read all messages on every mailing list. But this 
of course needs that bug trackers is kept up to date. And in means of GRUB, 
you could point ppl to use bugtracker or then someone could move them to 
tracker.
