LDM support

Hi,

I've merged in code from the linux-ntfs project
(linux-ntfs.sourceforge.net) into grub-legacy.

The patch allows booting kernel images from LDM partitions.

At this stage I intend placing the code on sourceforge as a new project.
I understand that no features are being accepted for grub-legacy. Also,
providing the FSF with copyright over the code may be difficult as the
bulk of the code was taken from the linux kernel.
